Screenshot any website in one click

Paste a URL and this free tool renders a clean, high-quality screenshot you can download, share or embed. No sign-up, no watermark, no browser extension.

Works with any public page. Pages behind a login cannot be captured.

How it works

  1. 01

    Paste the URL

Drop in any public web address — a landing page, a docs site, or your own app in testing. The protocol is added for you.

  2. 02

    It renders the page

A rendering service opens the page in a real browser and captures it. If that service cannot reach it, a second renderer is tried automatically.

  3. 03

    Download or copy

Open the image at full size, copy its direct URL, or right-click to save. Nothing is stored on this page between visits.

Frequently asked questions

Is App Screenshot free to use?

Yes. Screenshots are free, need no account and carry no watermark. Rendering is done by third-party services (Microlink and thum.io) rather than by this page itself.

Do I need to sign up?

No. Paste a URL and the screenshot is rendered right away. There is nothing to install and no browser extension to add.

What can I capture?

Any publicly reachable http or https address. Pages behind a login, a paywall or a bot check cannot be captured, because the rendering service never signs in as you.

What size is the screenshot?

The first renderer returns the page at its own desktop width. If it cannot reach the page, the fallback renderer produces a 1200 × 800 crop. The exact dimensions are printed under the image.

Can I use the screenshots I capture?

You can use them in documentation, portfolios, bug reports and presentations, but the page you captured still belongs to its owner — follow that site's terms and never present the image as something it is not.

Where are the screenshots stored?

This page stores nothing. The image is loaded straight from the rendering service into your browser, so there is no library to manage and no upload to wait for.
